American Economic Association Continuing Education 2010
The AEA will hold three
Continuing
Education Programs
at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis on January 5, 6 & 7, 2010 beginning
immediately after the 2010 ASSA meetings. The topics are
time-series econometrics, financial economics, and
behavioural economics.
NBER 2010 Summer Institute - Call for Papers
The National Bureau of Economic Research invites interested
economists to submit papers to its
31st Annual NBER Summer
Institute. Workshops on a number of different topics will be held in Cambridge, MA
from July 12 to August 5, 2010. Economists at the assistant professor
level or above who are interested n participating in the 2010 Summer
Institute should submit a CV and a one-page abstract of any paper
they would like to present by January 29, 2010.
European Summer Symposium in Economic Theory 2010 - Call for Papers
The
European
Summer Symposium in Economic Theory 2010, hosted by Studycentre
Gerzensee, will take place July 5 to July 16, 2010 at the Studienzentrum Gerzensee,
Switzerland. The symposium will consist of three half-day workshops as well as a number of small seminars. The
focus session in the first week will be on New Directions in the
Theory of Choice and in the second week will be on Market and
Mechanism Design. The registration deadline is
February 26, 2010.
