Agency Financial Reporting Deadline - March 31, 2009
March 31st is the fiscal year end for all federally and provincially
funded programs (NSERC, SSHRCC, CRC). Please ensure that all charges
(travel/expense claims, invoices, etc.) are submitted no later than
4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. All
regular payments to casual weekly employees for the week ending March
14th must be received in the Payroll Office, Room 5100, Support
Services Building by 11 a.m. on Thursday March
19th to be recorded as a March expense. Any vacation pay that
you wish to pay out is also due at this time (please comply with
granting agency policy re: vacation pay). For additional information,

Research Notices
**All funding applications or proposals by UWO researchers must be
accompanied by a completed Research Data and Approval Form (RDAF).
Forms can be obtained and submitted using
Research
On-Line Approvals
(ROLA).
