Year-End Expenses - Entertainment and Travel - Workshop
Year-end for the budget year 2008-2009 is April 30,
2009. Faculty with outstanding entertainment and travel expenses for workshop
visitors should forward all
receipts to Karin as soon as possible.
Internal Research Grants 2008-2009
All internal research operating grants (excluding startup research grants
and SSHRCC/NSERC funded grants) close on: April
30, 2009 (end of the 2008-2009 operating year).
Funds not spent prior to April 30, 2009 cannot be
carried forward to the next budget year. Accounts that are overspent
must be reimbursed by cash (or cheque made payable to: The
University of Western Ontario) and deposited back into the account no
later than: Friday, April 24, 2009.
