World Trade Organization - Essay Award for Young
Economists
The WTO Secretariat has launched an annual
WTO Essay Award for Young Economists. The aim of this Award is to promote
high-quality research on the WTO and WTO-related issues among young
economists and to reinforce the relationship between the WTO and the
academic community. The annual WTO Essay Award consists of a prize of
CHF 5,000. The first award will be made in September 2009 at the ETSG
meetings in Rome, Italy. The submission deadline is
June 30, 2009.
