The Western Award of Excellence - A Tribute to Exceptional Staff

Nominations for the 2011 Western Award of Excellence are now open. Faculty, staff, students and alumni are encouraged to nominate an individual staff member or a team of staff who make exceptional contributions to the campus community. This award is the highest level of campus-wide recognition for the exceptional performance of Western staff. The deadline for nominations is November 26, 2010.

Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation - Call for Proposals

The Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation (FFMS) has launched a call to select one or more research proposals that expand survey-based knowledge on the relationship between individual cultural values, economic development, and the quality of governance. The deadline for submission of proposals is January 5, 2011.
