TM Brown Thesis Award
Congratulations are extended to Huju Liu who has

Summer Paper Prize
This year's summer paper prize has been awarded to Eda
Bozkurt. Congratulations Eda!
John Rae Prize - Call for Nominations
The John Rae Prize,
awarded every two years by the Canadian Economics Association,
recognizes the best research record in Canada during the previous
five years and has a value of $10,000. Nominations are "open" but
are normally made by Chairs of Canadian Economics departments.
Nominations may be submitted by
email. The deadline is April
15, 2010.
The 21st Jerusalem School in Economic Theory
The Institute for Advanced Studies at the Hebrew University of
Jerusalem announces the
21st Jerusalem
School in Economic Theory, on Political Economy, June
25 - July 6, 2010.
The school is intended for advanced graduate and
post-doctoral students. Applications should be made
online. The deadline for applications is
June 1, 2010.
