D.B. Weldon Library - Policy for Assignment of
Research/Study
Space
The D.B. Weldon Library has a limited number of individual
research/study spaces. These rooms provide locked, assigned
space to those engaged in research and writing who require
continuous access to a substantial number of The D.B. Weldon
Library materials. The
submission deadline for application forms is Friday,
September 17, 2010 for allocation of
space beginning Friday, October 1, 2010.
Munich Lectures in Economics - Distinguished CES Fellow 2010
This year the Center for Economic Studies (CES) will again honour
an internationally respected economist as the Distinguished CES
Fellow. The
Munich Lectures in Economics
will begin with this year's prize-winner,
Richard Blundell,
Ricardo Professor of Political Economy, University
College London and Research Director, Institute for Fiscal Studies,
London, giving his lecture entitled "Empirical Evidence and Tax
Reform: Lessons from the Mirrlees Riview"
at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität
München, Grosse Aula on Tuesday, November 16, 2010.

has been transferred from the Secretariat's office to Research
Western's Research Development & Services office.
