17th International Conference on Panel Data - Call for Papers

Hosted by the Department of Economics at McGill University and Carleton University, the 17th International Conference on Panel Data will be held at McGill University (Business School), Montreal, July 8-10, 2011. The aim of the conference is to bring together economists, econometricians, statisticians and social scientists who are interested in or are working on panel data issues. The deadline for submission of papers is March 15, 2011.

NBER Universities' Research Conference - Call for Papers

The National Bureau of Economic Research continues its series of Universities' Research Conferences and will hold a conference on Housing and Mortgage Markets in Historical Perspective, September 23-24, 2011 in Cambridge, MA. Priority will be given to empirical research or theoretical work with direct empirical applications. Submissions from researchers early in their careers and from non-NBER affiliates is also encouraged. The deadline for submissions is June 10, 2011.

Antonio Meneghetti Foundation for Scientific and Humanistic Research - Meneghetti Award 2011

The Antonio Meneghetti Foundation for Scientific and Humanistic Research, Lugano, Switzerland, has launched the Meneghetti Award 2011, for research papers in the areas of economics, medicine, and physics. The Foundation will award fifteen thousand (15,000.00) euros to one research paper selected in each area. The award will be presented at a ceremony on June 13, 2011 in Geneva, Switzerland. The deadline for submissions is April 29, 2011.

International Conference on Greening Financial Institutions - Invitation to Attend

A Global Sustainable Finance Conference presented by The World Federation of Development Financing Institutions, Green Financial Institutions, will be held September 8-9, 2011 in Karlsruhe, Germany. This event will bring together top executives and members of financial institutions, academia, policy makers, regulators, economists, sustainable development specialists, SME and micro finance practitioners, investment executives, environmental management professionals, representatives of governmental organizations and international development agencies and other relevant stakeholders engaged or interested in sustainable economic development and green financing.
