13th Portuguese National Conference on Health Economics - Call for Papers

The Portuguese Health Economics Association will hold the 13th Portuguese National Conference on Health Economics (CNES) at the University of Minho, in Braga, Portugal on October 10-12, 2013. Participation and submission from non-Portuguese health economists is strongly encouraged. Scholarships are available to support the participation of younger researchers. The deadline for submission of abstracts is May 31, 2013.

3M Teaching Fellowships - Call for Nominations

The Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE) and 3M Canada established the 3M Teaching Fellowships to reward exceptional contributions to teaching and learning at Canadian universities. Awards are open to any individual currently teaching at a Canadian university regardless of discipline or level of appointment. A letter of support from the Provost must accompany nomination documentation. The deadline for receipt of nominations to the Office of the Vice-Provost (Academic Programs and Students) is August 16, 2013. The deadline for receipt of nominations to STLHE is August 31, 2013.

Research Notices

Please submit a hard copy (pdf copy by email) of all research grant applications (including contracts), internal and external, to Karin for review and subsequent Chair approval/signature prior to electronically submitting your applications.

In addition, completion and electronic submission of a Proposal via ROLA must be filled out be all applicants to obtain institutional approvals for their research grant/contract applications. Please see Karin if  you need assistance.
