Research Grants - Agency Financial Reporting Deadline March 31, 2010
March 31st is the fiscal year end for all federally and provincially
funded programs (NSERC, SSHRCC, CRC). Please ensure that all charges
(travel/expense claims, invoices, etc.) are submitted no later than
4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. All
regular payments to casual weekly employees for the week ending March
13th must be received in the Payroll Office, Room 5100, Support
Services Building by 11 a.m. on Thursday, March
18th to be recorded as a March expense. Any vacation pay that
you wish to pay out is also due at this time (please comply with
granting agency policy re: vacation pay). For additional information,

Agency Financial Reporting Deadline
Professional Expense Reimbursement (PER) – Deadline March
31, 2010
Final reminder that the filing deadline for PER applications for the
years 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 for Full-Time Faculty and Part-Time
Teaching Faculty is Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
Information, application forms and to verify your PER allowance
There is no carry forward. Please submit your completed PER
application with original receipts to Karin.

- Messages that are considered spam and sent into the spamtrap
box do NOT use up quota space.
- Messages received outside of spamtrap, also marked spam,
haven’t been included within the spamtrap box because they aren’t
considered enough risk. If you have consistent e-mail messages
that you want marked spam, you can add the e-mail addresses to the
spamtrap using the “rules link”. Messages also may be “always
allowed” or “always rejected”.
- If you don’t want spamtrap, after logging into it from
(spamtrap.uwo.ca), select preferences and choose the opt out /
enable or disable buttons.

The Searle Center on Law, Regulation, and Economic Growth announces
the following two research symposiums

European Summer Institute 2010
Prague's Centre for Public Policy announces the forthcoming
European Summer Institute 2010
(ESI 2010) on the Future of
Europe: Lobbying in Brussels that will take place July 3-10, 2010 in Prague, Czech
Republic.
This seven-day academic program is designed to bring together 30
undergraduate and graduate students of various nationalities and
academic backgrounds to deepen their knowledge of the current EU
politics through exchange of ideas with academics, policy
practitioners and fellow students from different cultural
environments. The early bird application deadline is
April 30, 2010 and the final
deadline is May 15, 2010.
