Ivey Research Series

Hosted by the Ivey Research Series, Camelia K. Kuhnen, a financial economist from the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University, will discuss her research of Neuroeconomics today, March 25th, 1:00-2:15 p.m. in Room 1 N05 (Lawrence Building). Lunch will be provided.

10th Annual Canadian Health Economics Study Group Meeting - Call for Papers and Registration Open

The 10th Annual Canadian Health Economics Study Group (CHESG) Meeting will take place July 8-9, 2011 at the University of Western Ontario. This conference may be of particular interest to economics faculty and PhD students specializing in the health economics field. The deadline for submissions is May 16, 2011.

12th Trento Summer School

The Computable and Experimental Economics Laboratory (CEEL) program in Adaptive Economic Dynamics will offer the 12th Trento Summer School: Intensive Course in Evolution of Social Preferences, June 27 - July 8, 2011 at Hotel Villa Madruzzo in Trento, Italy. The Trento Summer Schools are intended for advanced graduate students and post-doctoral scholars. The deadline for applications is April 15, 2011.

European Summer Institute 2011

Prague's Centre for Public Policy announces the forthcoming European Summer Institute 2011 (ESI 2011) on the Future of Europe: Lobbying in Brussels that will take place July 2-9, 2011 in Prague, Czech Republic. This seven-day academic program is designed to bring together 30 undergraduate and graduate students of various nationalities and academic backgrounds to deepen their knowledge of the current EU politics through exchange of ideas with academics, policy practitioners and fellow students from different cultural environments. The early bird application deadline is April 29, 2011 and the final deadline is May 13, 2011.
